What is VogallyShipping Policy?

• For all the purchases below Rs 999 , we charge only Rs 49 as shipping charges. Above Rs 999, Shipping charges are free.
• For Cash on Delivery we Charge a sum of Rs 49 as COD Charges.
• For Prepaid Orders- You Get Extra 5% discount.
• Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices .

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

• Orders are dispatched within 1 working day.
• To Metro Cities- Most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
• To North India Cities- Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
• To West and East India Cities- Orders are delivered within 3-4 working days.
• To South India Cities- Orders are delivered within 4-5 working days.
• Sometimes due to unforeseen situations- Deliveries can be delayed upto 1-2 days. Such Delays will be notified to you via sms.
• Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

• If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
